76.5. The employer shall not reimburse an officer for amounts that may be claimed from the officer by the Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity under the Act respecting parental insurance (chapter A-29.011) or by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) under the Employment Insurance Act (S.C. 1996, c. 23).
